The COVID-19 global pandemic came on fast and hit businesses of all levels hard. Almost overnight the vast majority of the global workforce were forced into working remotely. Across the world sky scrapers and office blocks lie empty as kitchens, living rooms and gardens have evolved into the new work hubs. It is inevitable that employers will seek to adapt and implement remote working within their organisations. Benefitting both employees and employers, saving in cost, time and resources. As a result of this new emerging and somewhat unexpected trend, and huge new gap in the market has been exposed.
